Refund and Exchange Policy

Product sold is not refundable but buyer can do exchange on the product colour or upgrade the series with some additional cost.
SUNZ PRO provide 1 to 7 years’ product warranty to all our customer. A warranty will be issued upon installation. We will fully replace the exact product to customer without charges if the product has any defects such as peeling, cracking, delaminating, loosening or dementalization after installation.

The warranty will void if the product is subjected to abuse, improper care, loose panes, poor grouting, natural disasters or if installed by an unauthorized installer.
